Every shipment is recorded once, with a single tracking number, and each movement is appended to its history rather than replacing what came before. A parcel currently in Manchester still shows that it was collected in Lagos and passed through Paris. The journey stays intact.
Privacy is part of the same design. The public tracking page shows status, location, timing and history — and nothing else. Sender and receiver names, addresses, contact details and package contents are never exposed publicly, by design rather than by policy.
